Lecture 1::The Walkthrough Mind

 2.5M – 12K BCE

In lecture one, Professor Årnstay talks about the Walkthrough Mind – humans with a  collective form of consciousness excel at detecting complex and subtle patterns in all natural phenomena, and exploiting them for survival. These humans walk-through the world and its domains of earth/space, sky/time & materials sharing attention and experience in silence. Memory is not in the individual’s head, but collectively grounded in landscape, objects, and daily routines.
